1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PrompTessor ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

PrompTessor is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-powered prompt analysis and optimization services. Our services include:

  • Basic and Advanced Prompt Analysis & Optimization
  • Token estimation and usage tracking
  • Prompt history and library management
  • Performance analytics and recommendations

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Subscription Tiers

  • Free Plan: 10 requests per day for Basic Prompt Analysis & Optimization + 1 request per day for Advanced Prompt Analysis & Optimization
  • Pro Plan ($10/month): Unlimited basic analysis + 2,000 advanced analysis requests per month
  • Pro+ Plan ($15/month): Unlimited access to both basic and advanced analysis features

4.2 Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically permitted in these Terms.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for competitive analysis or to develop competing products
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PrompTessor and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of the prompts and content you submit to our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. PROMPTESSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROMPTESSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
