If your sponsorship is rejected, we automatically initiate a full refund to your original payment method. You can see the rejection reason and refund status in My Sponsorships. The time it takes for the money to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

No. Sponsorship buys a placement for the agreed campaign period. Clicks, signups, and sales depend on your offer and audience response. You can use a tagged destination URL to measure visits and conversions in your own analytics.
